PrimaWorks Emerging Leadership Fellowship
Designed to raise the next generation of transformational leaders Africa sorely needs, the PrimaWorks Emerging Leaders Fellowship is a 6-months fellowship program for high-potential emerging leaders with a deep passion for Africa’s development. Through a structured learning experience, mentorship and community, we equip these emerging leaders with the leadership skills, insights and networks needed to drive breakthrough results and impact in their organisations and beyond. Spaces in this program are limited and keenly contested for.
Our Unique Development Approach
At PrimaWorks Leadership Institute, we believe that leadership development is not just about imparting knowledge, but empowering individuals to drive transformational change. As such, we take an unconventional approach to training, one that prioritizes results over rhetoric.
Unlike traditional training programs that condense learning into a single day or weekend, our spaced-out approach breaks down training into bite-sized, actionable chunks. This allows participants to absorb, apply, and reinforce their learning over time, leading to more effective and long-lasting results.
Our iterative process combines teaching sessions, practical assignments and group coaching to ensure that learning is not just theoretical, but practical and impactful.
